We have been here a year. The office staff, Katie & Anne, are so easy to get in touch with them. If there are any issues they address them immediately. Maintenance Staff is awesome. These apartments are gated, and they also have overnight Security and maintenance is 24 hours as well. As someone stated they sometimes do routine safety/ checks but they always leave a notice on everyone's door 24 hours before so will know they are coming. I've never had anything stolen. I've always felt safe here.
It's a nice complex. Maintenance works really fast and are super nice! Once of the really friendly maintenance man saw me struggling with fixing my bike and actually fixed it for me!
